r kelly - ignition (rmx)

i am totally in awe of r's craft as a singer and songwriter and producer at the moment - it's particularly terrifying on the original "ignition" where he makes "let me stick my key in your ignition babe" sound like the most perfect, achingly beautiful line you could ever hear! it's weird though, how he is sounding more and more like lady saw or some other lady jamaican toaster. (but not lumidee.)

i hate the charts! i really wanted that craig david song to be in the top twenty so i could say sting is a better mc than fallacy.
